RGC Members Meeting and the Gamers Reunion planning meetings have been combined into a single meeting. These meetings are open to ANYONE that is involved with RGC and the Gamers Reunion, including online only, running games at events, or even just attending an event occasionally. Everyone is invited and encouraged to offer input, and it's also a good opportunity to meet a few other RGC members and to get caught up on what has been happening on the official front of RGC.
Only paid-up Voting Members can vote in the Board of Directors election. Two positions will be up for election in 2010.

Monday, May 17: New Board members announced
Monday, May 17 through Sunday, May 23: BoD positions decided (BoD only)
Monday, May 24: New BoD positions announced
Tuesday, June 1: New BoD members & positions take office
